WEATHER
Clarkdale enjoys approximately 275 sunny days a year with a moderate climate suitable for many outdoor activities. The warm season in Clarkdale, AZ lasts for 3.5 months, from late May to mid September. July is considered to be the hottest month, with an average daily high of 100°F and low of 66.9°F. The wettest month also occurs during the hot season in August, towards the end of the monsoon  season. The Southwest monsoon is an annual phenomenon, with visually spectacular desert storms, the likes of which can only be seen in the AZ desert. The cool season in Clarkdale, AZ lasts for 3.2 months, from November 21 to February 29. December is considered the coldest month during this season, with an average daily high of 57.9°F and low of 30°F. Clarkdale averages just enough snowfall to experience all four seasons and then melt away before it becomes a nuisance.

The town of Clarkdale offers the following utilities: Electric, Gas, Water and Sewer. MEDICAL CARE
Only a short 8-minute distance from town in Cottonwood, is Verde Valley Medical Center. This level IV Trauma Center with 99 beds boasts one of the nation’s best door-to-balloon times of 60 minutes or less for cardiac interventional care. There is also an on-site medical helicopter available for emergency transfers.
